Family Owned & Operated

Hayfield Farm has been family owned and operated for 22 years. We focus on top-notch care for our livestock and providing quality products to our local community.

Our Story

Raising Livestock

Our cattle are free to roam acres and acres of lush pasture all day long. We rotate cattle to promote soil and pasture regeneration. Cattle that are ready to be finished are on a separate pasture and given grain that is ground and mixed on the farm. This can be any combination of wheat, corn, barley, hay (made on the farm), and mineral. The ingredients and ratios are altered depending on the season, weather conditions, and cattle requirements.

Free to roam

A traditional feed lot in America consists of 3,000-5,000 cattle in a 30 acre parcel. No kidding. For comparison, at Hayfield Farm, we have about 150 cattle on approximately 60 acres.

USDA-Grade

Our butcher shop is USDA-inspected and they are just plain friendly. They are top-notch and hold themselves to a high standard of quality. They go above and beyond the guidelines set out by USDA to ensure that every cut is done right. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fresh Quality Meats

Choose from our quality beef products including t-bone, Delmonico ribeye, and our snack sticks to our mouth watering pork chops.
