4 Steps to Ordering Wholesale

1. Contact us!
Email: hayfieldfarmfauquier@gmail.com, 540-226-7001, or Facebook messenger: @hayfieldfarmbeef
We will, first, answer any questions you have. Then, we will give you a cut sheet. Your beef is customized 100% by you. Seasonings, thickness, what gets ground vs. what doesn’t – we are here for guidance as much or as little as you need us.

Your cuts will come individually vacuum-packed, labeled, and frozen for your convenience.

2. Turn it into us along with the $500 deposit* required for whole and half beef. We will go over your cut sheet to make sure it is complete and confirm everything with you.

3. We will do what we do on our end and contact you to notify you of the exact hanging weight. At this time, 2.75$ per pound of hanging weight is due.

Our cows generally have a hanging weight of 350-375 per half, 700-750 per whole.

4. After a two weeks of dry aging and processing, we will call you when your beef is ready. Grab some coolers and a few helping hands and head down to Bealeton where you will pick up your meat and pay Fauquier’s Finest a butcher fee, directly.

This fee is approximately 350$ for a half cow, 700$ for a whole cow and is determined by, and paid to, the butcher.

Once you are settled up, you load up your meat and enjoy feeding quality, delicious, all-natural beef to your family!

For example: You want to order a half cow. You call us and your cut sheet is ready. You turn it in to us with the 500$ deposit. Shortly after, we call to tell you that your half cow is ready and it’s hanging weight is 350 pounds. We charge 2.75$ per pound of hanging weight, which puts the cost of the cow to 962.50$. You subtract 500$ (your deposit) which puts the remaining balance at 462.50$. This remaining balance is due prior to you picking up your meat. A few weeks later, we call to let you know your beef is ready for you! After paying us your remaining balance, you head on down to Fauquier’s Finest and pay the butcher’s fee to Fauquier’s Finest directly, which is generally 350$ for a half cow. For this example, the grand total for your half cow is 1,312.50$
