How to Order
Being a farm, we complete transactions differently than the famous Amazon “Buy Now” button and it’s at your door step in less than two days. We are real people over here. Want a 15 pound brisket for your cook out or a whole tenderloin to cut your own steaks? Maybe you aren’t sure how you would store a whole cow or how much a NY strip weighs. We have been doing this for a long time and we are happy to answer any questions or concerns you have, so just let us know!
Just want a few steaks? Click HERE to check out what we have. We currently only offer individual beef cuts. We do not usually offer pork or lamb cuts, however sometimes we do – so keep an eye out! Our beef cuts range from ground beef to prime rib. Just let us know how many of each cut you want; we will weigh them and give you a total!
Want to order a whole cow? Click HERE . We currently offer wholesale beef, pork, and lamb. If you choose this option, you will completely customize your cuts using a cut sheet that we will provide to you. We are here to help with any questions or concerns.
Want to join our CSA? Click HERE. From April to November, customers receive a share of our farm’s fruits, veggies, eggs, meat, breads, and other goodies. They can subscribe to weekly or biweekly pick ups, here at the farm, and put fresh, local foods on their table, just as if they were going to the grocery store. Sign up ends February 28th.
Okay, so you’ve browsed our options and you are ready to order. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, text/call at (540) 226-7001, or message us on Facebook to place your order! We will work with you one-on-one to answer questions, set up your order, payment, and pick up. We accept cash, check, PayPal, and Venmo and are happy to meet you locally to get our quality products to you and your family.
Hayfield Farm has trusted locally owned and operated Fauquier’s Finest Meat Processing for over 5 years. Fauquier’s Finest is located just down the road from us in Bealeton, Virginia. They are the only federally-inspected USDA full service slaughter and processing facility in the area.
Getting our livestock processed at this facility means our customers receive a cut sheet for their wholesale meat and choose the specifications of their meat. This customization allows customers to choose among many other options such as, meat thickness, sausage seasoning, as well as bacon and hams that are cured or smoked and come with nitrates or no nitrates.
Fauquier’s Finest individually flash freezes, vacuum seals, and labels each cut of meat for easy identification and storage. In addition, our beef is dry aged for 14 days.
