Sold by the cut, priced by the pound. $8.99/lb.
If you would like one sirloin tip steak, select one (1). If you would like two sirloin tip steaks, select two (2). Each sirloin tip steak is approximately 1-1.5lbs each.
When you order, Hayfield Farm will select your items, get the exact weight of each individual pack, and do the math according to the price per pound. We will then send your invoice back to you with your exact totals and a link to pay!

Our cattle are free to roam acres and acres of pasture all day long. Cattle are given the option to freely access a grain feeder, all day long, which follows them throughout their rotation from field to field. By allowing our cattle to supplement their foraging as they wish, we have no need to confine them to a production-style feed lot to meet our product demands.
USDA-Grade Butcher
Our butcher shop is USDA-inspected and they are just plain friendly. They are top-notch and hold themselves to a high standard of quality. They go above and beyond the guidelines set out by USDA to ensure that every cut is done right.

Once you place your order, you will receive an order notification email. Please do not pay this initial notification. Once we assemble your order we will then send your final invoice via email.

Our online shop is broken into several categories for your convenience. We have everything broken into categories based on individual cut, wholesale, and smoker (when applicable).
All of our fresh meat products are sold as "each." Meaning that if you add one ribeye steak to your order, we take that as you want one ribeye steak. For ground meats (beef, lamb, pork, etc.), they are also sold in 1 (one) pound increments.
Final Invoice
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please notify us in the order notes when you would like to come by for pick up during our pick up hours. Once we receive your order, we gather your cuts and fill your final invoice based on the price per pound. We will then send you a final invoice for payment.
