Everyone is welcome to drop by the farm. We just ask that you contact us before you swing by. Contact us to schedule a time to visit. If you placed an order, you will receive an email/phone call to schedule a time to come by and pick up your product.

How can I update my account information?

Updating your account information is super simple! Log into your account dashboard and you can view recent orders, edit your password and account details.

What is the CSA?

CSA is Community Supported Agriculture. Our CSA provides an easy way for our community to enjoy our products and to visit the farm! Enrollment for our Winter CSA is currently open and you can learn more, here.

How are meat products packaged?

To ensure freshness, all meat products are frozen and vacuum sealed. They are labeled and weighed. We cannot sell fresh items as some meats have to age and to preserve freshness we freeze them.

Does Hayfield Farm ever do partnerships?

We are always looking for opportunities to partner with people in our community. Feel free to contact us to discuss any opportunities.

How do I order 3 pounds of ground meat?

If you are needing to order ground meats (Beef, Pork, or Lamb), they are sold by the pound= 1 (one) pound. If you need to order multiple pounds, just increase the quantity for that product. For example, if you need 3 pounds of ground beef, you could easily just increase the quantity to “3” on the CART page. This will let us know that you want 3 pounds of ground beef.

Where do I enter a promo code?

If you have a promo code for an online order, just enter that code when you are on the CART page and hit “Apply Coupon.”

How often do you update your products online?

We update all of our online products daily. If there is a product that you are wanting, please contact us and we will do our best to get it in for you. Be sure to subscribe to the Hayfield Letter to be notified of new online products.

Do you ship your products?

We want everyone to enjoy Hayfield Farm quality meats! Unfortunately, at this time we can only sell to customers in Virginia for pickup at our farm. We hope to be able to ship to customers in the future.
