The Basics: Select your option, fill out the cut sheet, pay the deposit, wait a few weeks for processing, pay the rest, pick up your meat, put delicious meals that you can feel good about on your dinner table!

When you are ready to get started, choose your option and complete the cut sheet.
Once the cut sheet is completed and sent, we will send the invoice for the deposit to your email.

Wholesale Beef

Whole and Half Cows

A flat rate of $3.85/lb on the hanging weight, processing included. Fill out your own cut sheet, or choose one of ours!

$500 deposit & completed cut sheet are required to reserve the next available butcher date.
Once you submit the cut sheet, we’ll send the deposit invoice to your email.
Beef takes about four weeks to complete, from butcher date to pick up.

$250 deposit & completed cut sheet are required to reserve the next available butcher date.
Once you submit the cut sheet, we will email the deposit invoice.
Pork takes approximately three weeks to complete, from the butcher date to pick up.

Wholesale Pork

Whole and Half Hogs

$2.95/lb on the hanging weight, processing fees not included due to variances in smoking, curing, and sausage options.

Wholesale Lamb

Whole Lambs Only

$3.50/lb on the live weight, plus $160 processing fee. Lambs can weigh 100-150lbs.

$200 deposit is due upon official submission of the cut sheet.
