When you are ready to get started, purchase the deposit and complete the cut sheet.
Once you have completed your cut sheet, send it to us via email to [email protected].
You have reserved our next available butcher date when we receive your deposit and completed cut sheet.

$2.95/lb (**ON SALE $2.50/lb**) on the hanging weight, processing fees not included due to variances in smoking and curing options. $250.00 deposit and completed cut sheet are required to reserve the next available butcher date.

Wholesale Lamb
Whole Lambs Only
$3.50/lb on the live weight, plus $160 processing fee. Lambs can weigh 100-150lbs.
$200 deposit is due upon official submission of the cut sheet.
