The Basics


1. Select your option + click on the “Cut Sheets + Information” button
2. Review the information, fill out the cut sheet + pay the deposit
3. Receive your butcher date confirmation
4. Wait for your beef to finish + pay the rest.
4. Pick up your local natural meat + stock that freezer!

Whole and Half Beef

A flat rate of $4.50/lb on the hanging weight, all processing included.

$500 deposit & cut sheet are required to reserve your butcher date.
Beef takes four weeks to complete from the butcher date.

Beef Cut Sheets + Information




Whole and Half Pork

$2.95/lb on the hanging weight, processing fees not included due to variances in smoking, curing, and sausage options.

$250 deposit & cut sheet are required to reserve butcher date.
Pork takes three weeks to complete from the butcher date.

Pork Cut Sheets + Information

Whole Lambs Only

$3.50/lb on the live weight, plus $160 processing fee.
Lambs weigh 100-150lbs.
