Ordering Wholesale Meat


Once you are ready to order, reach out and let us know by filling out the inquiry form below. We will send you an email with more details on pricing, the timeline, and pick up. This email will also contain the cut sheet and cut sheet walk through page. The cut sheet walk through page will guide you through each section of the cut sheet. Please reach out if you have any questions at all! Once everything is confirmed by the customer and the cut sheet is ready to be turned in, a deposit will be sent via email. Once the cut sheet is submitted and the deposit is paid, the customer is locked into our next available butcher date.

Finishing Details


Once the deposit and cut sheet are turned in, the live animal goes to the butcher on your butcher date. We will reach out to let the you know the official hanging weight and exact balance, as well as send the final invoice. When your order is ready, we will notify you immediately. Please keep in mind that the butcher does not give status updates during processing. The butcher only notifies us when they have completed your meat. Once your meat is complete and ready for pick up, you are welcome to visit the butcher shop and pick up your meats whenever it is convenient for you, during their open hours. We will provide more details about pick up when we reach out to you to let you know your meat is complete. The remaining balance is due prior to pick up. Large coolers, baskets, and/or bins are recommended for pick up. Everything comes individually vacuum sealed, weighed, labeled, and frozen.

Wholesale Beef

Whole and Half Cows

A flat rate of $3.85/lb on the hanging weight, processing and all other fees included. Our whole cows generally hang at 800lbs, with halves hanging at approximately 400lbs. Turn around time is approximately 3-4 weeks. Your wholesale beef is completely customized by you.

$500 deposit is due upon official submission of the cut sheet.

Wholesale Pork

Whole and Half Pigs

$2.95/lb on the hanging weight, processing fees not included due to variances in smoking and curing options. Our whole pigs generally hang at 210lbs, with halves weighing approximately 105lbs. Turn around time is usually 2-3 weeks.

$250 deposit is due upon official submission of the cut sheet.

Wholesale Lamb

Whole Lambs Only

$3.50/lb on the live weight, plus $160 processing fee. Lambs can weigh 100-150lbs.

$200 deposit is due upon official submission of the cut sheet.
